WHAT MCCLEAN SAID
McClean said, via the Leader: "I'm having a great time. That comes from having a good dressing room. When you have a good dressing room, you look forward to coming into work. It really helps."
The former Premier League star did concede that winning games has played its part too, adding: "The biggest thing in football is winning games, there is nothing more enjoyable. When you are winning games and you are happy, it's a great place to be and long may it continue."

THE BIGGER PICTURE
McClean has spent much of his career playing in the Premier League for clubs including Sunderland, West Brom and Stoke City, but in the summer he dropped down to League Two to play for Ryan Reynold's and Rob McElhenney's Wrexham. He appears to be relishing that nrw challenge as the Red Dragons are currently second in the table, two points behind leaders Stockport County with a game in hand.
